Timothy Feaver, President/CEO and founder or co-founder of three previous successful technology start-ups, brings years of general management experience with a focus on new business development and financial/operations management. He has a history of successfully establishing and maintaining corporate collaborations with companies such as GE Medical, Carl Zeiss, and Alliant Techsystems (ATK).
Kirby Beard, COO/VP Technology, invented PPT's technology and has developed, manufactured and tested lithium batteries, and established battery production, at both established and early-stage companies since 1989. He holds two of the earliest patents for practical lithium-ion battery designs (1992, 1994).
Bernard Perry, Senior VP Business Development and co-founder of a successful technology venture and of several other businesses, brings over 25 years of domestic and international business experience, 13 in which he helped build a global network of manufacturing licensees for materials used in high-performance technical fabrics in PPT's top geographic markets.
Dave Snyder, Finance Director, has been in senior management of both large and small companies, including positions as Controller - Owens Corning Fiberglas (two divisions), CFO - Micro DecisionWare, Inc. (acquired by Sybase), VP/General Manager - Hanson Industries, President/CEO - Caravan International, and VP Finance/Corporate Services - Leanin' Tree, Inc.
An active, engaged Board of Advisors with depth of experience in both large and small companies augments the efforts of PPT's officers. PPT is also seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Senior Scientist and an industry veteran to support product sales.
